Lloyd A. Bergman’s legal practice began with a focus on tax and business law which allowed Lloyd to build expertise covering the many legal and operational challenges of businesses and their owners. Today, Brian primarily focuses his practice on estate planning and wealth transfer, including the creation of wills and trusts, charitable plans and estate administration.
